Founded by a well-loved Chinese physician in his early life, Mr Loh Yung Chai lived a humble life providing honest service to his patients. His son, Mr Lau Keong Ying, inherited his business and started their very first overseas store in Chinatown, Singapore.

They believed in giving back to the society through helping out the underprivileged communities, which made Fei Fah eventually become famous globally.
